By downloading or using Kadoo, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kadoo on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Your content
The trips, memories, notes, and photos you create in Kadoo belong to you. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to any images or information you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its services, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party data
Place details, ratings, photos, and flight information are provided by third parties (including Google, Unsplash, and Aviationstack). We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of this information and are not responsible for decisions made based on it.
Subscriptions
Kadoo Pro is a planned premium subscription that is not yet available. If and when offered, subscriptions will be billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and be managed in your App Store account settings.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Kadoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
